CCOS provides private patient billing, bulk billing, DVA, Eclipse (for inpatient health
fund claiming), all hospital billing and claiming, and on the spot Medicare patient claiming.
CCOS also handles all third-party billing such as workers comp, insurance and
solicitor billing.
Does CCOS support online patient registration?
Yes, our Patient Registration Portal module allows patients to complete the registration process online and their details are securely transferred into CCOS.
How does CCOS communicate with patients?
CCOS can send SMS and emails to patients with reminders, appointment confirmation and provide unique links to the Patient Registration Portal.
